Ticket Refunds Policy
ILNS Ticket Policy
1. All Sales Final
All ILNS ticket purchases are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, late arrival, or missed entry.
2. Event Changes
If an ILNS event is cancelled or officially postponed by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered:
A full refund, or
Transfer to the rescheduled date
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred privately to another guest.
The valid QR code must be presented at entry. ILNS is not responsible for private resale transactions.
4. Entry Conditions
Valid ID required
Management reserves right to refuse entry
No refunds for refused entry due to intoxication or failure to comply with venue rules
5. Limited Capacity Events
ILNS events operate with strict capacity limits and production commitments. Ticket revenue is allocated in advance to venue hire, artists, staffing, and production.
