Tickets and entry
Where will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket is sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your junk folder before contacting us.
Are ticket sales final?
Yes. Ticket revenue is committed to venues, artists, staff and production, so all ticket sales are final. This does not limit any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. The original ticket or QR code remains valid for one entry only, so do not send the same ticket to multiple people. Transfer only to someone you know, and never sell above the original purchase price.
What identification do I need?
Valid photo ID is required. Age, dress and entry requirements are set by each venue and appear on the event page once confirmed.
What happens if an event is postponed or cancelled?
If an event is postponed your ticket automatically remains valid for the rescheduled date. If we cancel or significantly change an event, we will provide any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Are lineups and set times subject to change?
Yes. Changes to individual artists, set times or supporting acts do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the change is considered significant under applicable law.
